About the role

Seeking experienced Product Managers to define and drive roadmaps for a secure, scalable multi-cloud platform powering Apple services (Music, TV+, Sports, AI/ML). Focus areas include Compute/Kubernetes/Multi-Cloud, Traffic/Load Balancers/Service Mesh, Data platforms/analytics/governance, and AI/ML platforms/tools. Collaborate with internal customer teams and engineering to deliver cloud infrastructure products.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute product roadmaps from conception to launch
  • Drive the product vision and define go-to-market strategy
  • Lead design discussions and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
  • Gather and understand needs from internal customer teams across Apple
  • Collaborate with engineering to develop secure, scalable, automated cloud platform offerings
  • Communicate technical challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Manage priorities across multiple customers and projects

Qualifications

  • At least 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise products, preferably cloud-based
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Experience building product roadmaps and launching products
  • Working knowledge of public cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/others) and awareness of current service offerings
  • Strong technical understanding of infrastructure services and/or cloud technologies
  • Ability to explain technical challenges to diverse audiences
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and build consensus
  • Comfort with challenging priorities spread across multiple customers
