About the role

Senior Product Manager responsible for driving the product roadmap for a secure, scalable multi-cloud platform powering Apple services (Music, TV+, Sports, AI/ML, etc.). Partners with internal customer teams and engineering to build cloud infrastructure and managed services for on‑prem and public cloud, spanning compute, data platforms, AI/ML, security, networking and related domains.

Responsibilities

  • Build and drive product roadmaps from conception to launch
  • Define product vision and go-to-market strategy
  • Lead design discussions and influence cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with internal customer teams to understand product needs
  • Coordinate with engineering to deliver secure, scalable, automated cloud platform
  • Communicate engineering challenges that may affect business timelines
  • Manage priorities across multiple customers
  • Work across areas including Compute/Kubernetes/Multi-Cloud, Traffic/Load Balancers/Service Mesh, Data platforms, AI/ML platforms, tools and frameworks for inference, training, MLOps, agent development and coding

Qualifications

  • 10+ years product management experience in enterprise products, preferably cloud-based
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math or related field; Master's preferred
  • Experience building product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving vision, go-to-market strategy
  • Working knowledge of public cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/others)
  • Strong technical understanding of infrastructure services and/or cloud technologies
  • Ability to explain technical challenges to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience communicating engineering challenges impacting timelines
  • Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence and build consensus
  • Comfort with challenging priorities across multiple customers
