About the role

Business Analyst within the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Business Operations team, driving financial planning and budget oversight, strengthening compliance, building cross-functional partnerships, and applying an AI-first mindset to operating practices. Translates strategic priorities into disciplined financial and operational plans, supports budgeting/forecasting, and seeks opportunities to simplify and strengthen ETS operations.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen compliance and cross-functional partnerships
  • Bring an AI-first mindset to operating processes
  • Translate operational and financial detail into clear, useful insight
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships
  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership, surfacing risks and enabling timely decision-making
  • Influence leaders and drive alignment across competing priorities
  • Operate effectively in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
  • Leverage enterprise data platforms (Snowflake) and data visualization tools (Tableau)
  • Identify opportunities and drive solutions across multiple initiatives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, finance operations, strategic planning, or business operations
  • Strong financial acumen including budget management, cost modeling, and procurement processes
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with experience managing large data sets
  • Proven ability to communicate with executive leadership and craft materials clarifying priorities and risks
  • Cross-functional relationship building and alignment across competing priorities
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments
  • Hands-on familiarity with Snowflake and Tableau
  • Experience using AI tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity
  • Strong business acumen to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
  • Self-starter with proactive approach to identifying opportunities
  • Deep curiosity and root-cause oriented mindset
