About the role

Pro is the most knowledgeable and effective salesperson in the Apple Store, providing customized solutions by leveraging expertise in Apple products and services as well as competitors’ offerings. The role focuses on driving sales, mentoring the store team, and delivering an excellent customer experience while fostering an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate, sustain, and lead top-performing sales and service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products.
  • Be knowledgeable about and proactively stay up to date on Apple’s offerings and Product Zone sales processes, and on technology and consumer trends at Apple and in the broader market.
  • Mentor others throughout the store on Apple’s products and services, purchase options, and current and emerging technology outside of Apple, ensuring leaders and team members are kept up to date to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accuracy and follow guidance. Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and learning, demonstrating Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
