About the role

An early stage applied AI startup building agents that automate knowledge work with code. The role focuses on building intuitive, performant user interfaces and bringing AI capabilities to millions of users, as Julius scales toward future milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Build products that bring AI capabilities to millions of people
  • Design and implement intuitive, responsive, and performant user interfaces
  • Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility

Qualifications

  • 3+ of experience with React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
  • Strong understanding for frontend primitives: component architecture, state management, streaming UIs, and performance profiling
  • Experience scaling applications and backend systems, have experience with relational databases, caching, background jobs, and auth
  • Examples of live projects or products you've built
  • Bonus points: You have built an AI side project before, and like prompting and playing with LLMs
