About the role
Organic growth and content strategy role focusing on Indonesia and global markets, with exposure to paid marketing. Responsible for organic social media, short-form content, trend research, collaboration with design/creators, content performance analysis, and supporting paid campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Finku's organic social media strategy.
- Create and scale short-form content designed to maximize reach, engagement, and shareability.
- Research trends, audience insights, and viral content frameworks to generate high-performing content ideas.
- Collaborate with designers, creators, and internal teams to produce compelling content.
- Analyze content performance and continuously test new hooks, formats, and storytelling approaches.
- Support the management and optimization of Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Report on key marketing metrics and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Social Media, Content, Growth, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record of creating high-performing or viral content (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of content frameworks, storytelling, and social media algorithms.
- Deep understanding of Gen Z and Millennial audiences and digital culture.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Creative, analytical, and highly experimental.
