About the role

Internal Account Manager to drive growth in automotive floorplan business, prospect and onboard dealerships, educate partners, manage credit utilization, and support day-to-day dealership account needs.

Responsibilities

  • Audit Reconciliation & Asset Tracking: Review and reconcile third-party floorplan inventory audit reports.
  • Collections & Portfolio Management: Monitor daily account standings to ensure dealership payments are submitted on time. Primary point of contact for dealer partners, ensuring high customer satisfaction with floorplan services.
  • Risk Management & Decision-Making: Assess situational risks across the portfolio and make grounded operational decisions to minimize financial risk.

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years in account management, customer service, collections, or operations (experience in automotive finance, floorplanning, or dealership operations is a major plus).
  • Comfortable navigating CRM platforms and portfolio management tools.
  • Professional, clear, and assertive phone and written communication; able to conduct firm collection calls while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a proven track record of making sound, risk-conscious decisions.
  • Multilingual is required, particularly fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish.
