About the role

Senior People Business Partner focused on partnering with Product and Engineering leaders to enable data-driven people decisions, drive core people processes, and scale the organization while reducing friction and increasing leadership impact.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an influential thought partner to P&E leaders, translating business goals into people decisions that improve execution, support growth, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
  • Identify patterns across P&E, surface signals proactively, and synthesize them into clear actions to help leaders course-correct before challenges compound.
  • Lead organizational change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless transitions, transparency, and business continuity.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent calibration, and performance management across P&E, including job architecture and leveling.
  • Independently manage complex people matters, balancing risk, speed, and business practicality with sound judgment.
  • Collaborate with People Team COEs and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-aligned people solutions.

  • Be curious about AI and the business, with a desire to understand the space and the teams supported.
  • Ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes and data-informed decision making.
  • Ability to coach leaders, design initiatives, and foster growth and engagement.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and deliver practical, high-impact People programs.
