About the role
12-month full-time graduate trainee program in Penang, Malaysia for new graduates in electrical/electronics or computer engineering, with potential conversion to permanent role upon successful program completion.
Responsibilities
- Validate new product features, test conditions, test methodologies, and test contents during first silicon bring-up
- Post Silicon Bring up of Test patterns leading to optimization for mass production enablement
- Analysis of part failures leading to test improvement
- Test pattern & test flow development, debug, test and characterization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in electrical & electronics engineering, computer engineering, or comparable disciplines
- Eligibility: Recent graduates who completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree within one year of the program start date

Required:Programming (Python, C++)Measurement & Debug ToolsOperating SystemsSemiconductors / Transistors
Nice to have:AI / HPC software stacks (plus)
