About the role

Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to ship complex cross-functional data engineering projects in the marketing domain. Hands-on PM involved from intake to delivery, collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams, navigating ambiguity while delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on project management from intake and assessment through all stages of execution and delivery
  • Scope, gather requirements, design/solution, plan timelines, and report to executive audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Client and Server Engineering, Production Support, QA, Information Security, Privacy Engineering, and more
  • Navigate ambiguity to deliver projects on time and with high quality

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical project/program management experience or equivalent
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and Sprints/scrum
  • Program management experience in data analytics, big data engineering, or software development
  • Strong facilitation skills for cross-functional project planning
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, including executive-level presentations
  • Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering majors preferred or equivalent experience
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with digital marketing technologies, automation, and analytics
  • Passion for protecting privacy while delivering product insights
  • Experience with big data technologies and tools for big data event management
  • Experience managing GenAI / AI/ML projects and programs
  • Leadership to drive conversations with analytics stakeholders
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and energetic
