About the role

Senior litigation role within Apple's commercial litigation team focusing on providing legal support for products and businesses, handling agency litigation and enforcement defenses, subpoenas, CIDs, and other investigations, with strategic responsibility for litigation from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Help provide legal support for all products and businesses as part of Apple's commercial litigation team.
  • Formulate and drive litigation strategy, not just monitor outside counsel, and work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across product areas.
  • Manage day-to-day progress of regulatory matters, including agency litigation, enforcement defense, subpoenas, CIDs, and investigations.
  • Travel as needed to support litigation and investigations.
  • Operate with a high degree of self-sufficiency and independent judgment.
  • Be involved in strategy development and coordination with a team of lawyers, legal specialists, and support staff.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of major law firm and/or in-house litigation experience, including experience with litigation, subpoenas, CIDs, and other investigations.
  • JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
