About the role

Senior technology transactions attorney supporting the Wallet, Payments, and Commerce team across Europe and the Emerging Markets, focusing on structuring, drafting, negotiating complex agreements, and advising on legal/regulatory issues including data privacy and digital services.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on legal and regulatory aspects of Apple’s products and services across payments, rewards, installments, e-commerce, AI, identity, access and transit.
  • Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial contracts with Apple’s partners and customers.
  • Advise on the expansion of certain Apple services across Europe and the Emerging Markets.
  • Structure, draft and negotiate services, development and other technology and commercial agreements.
  • Counsel clients on day-to-day legal matters in a technology environment, including data privacy aspects.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience structuring, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements with strong intellectual property law and technology transactions background preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital wallets, e-commerce, contactless payments, digital identity, and related platforms and services, including familiarity with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high contract volumes while maintaining quality and commercial focus.
  • Experience advising on laws and regulations applicable to collecting, storing, and using personal information preferred.
  • Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment or with governmental entities a plus.
  • Experience working in an international team a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and collaboration skills essential.
