About the role

Engineering Program Manager for Siri focused on runtime platform and next-generation Siri interaction across Apple ecosystem. Drive cross-functional programs, partner with engineering teams, and lead projects through the software development lifecycle from concept to delivery, with emphasis on privacy-first artificial intelligence capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional programs and feature areas in Siri across Apple products.
  • Partner with engineering teams to lead projects through the software development lifecycle from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, machine learning engineers, and scientists across technical areas spanning Siri's capabilities.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships within the organization and cross-functionally, manage conflicts and challenges, drive execution, and communicate status and risks clearly.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of project management experience in software development or machine learning, or related industry.
  • Proven knowledge of software engineering standard methodologies and related dependencies, with experience navigating ambiguity, distinguishing urgent from important and defending tradeoffs.
  • Outstanding communication and experience in successfully presenting to engineers, managers, and senior level executives.
  • Experience driving and effectively delivering critical project features that involve integration with multiple different teams.
  • BS in Computer Science or related field, preferred.
