About the role
Founding engineer role at Revnu, an early-stage YC-funded startup, focused on building AI-driven growth systems and multi-channel customer acquisition automation. In-person, Manchester-based, full-time role reporting to founders.
Responsibilities
- Build the core agent that acts as a growth hire for each customer across channels (SEO, outbound, ads, social, etc.)
- Develop shared intelligence to transfer learnings across channels
- Develop production-grade systems for long-running agents (memory, scheduling, sandbox lifecycle, tool execution, observability)
- Create a trust layer between agents and founders with proper approvals and interventions
- Implement measurement loops connecting replies, rankings, clicks, conversions to guide agent decisions
- Create and maintain UX for Slack, iMessage, web, and dashboard used by customers to direct and review agent output
Qualifications
- Experience in building from zero to one (startup, product, open-source project, or self-made project)
- High agency with ability to act quickly and finish what you start
- Willingness to work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, ML/agent systems with strong technical taste in at least one area
- Experience with or strong interest in production use of LLMs
- Ability to work in-person from Manchester office; UK right to work required
- New graduates welcome; quality of work valued over CV shape
