About the role

Senior Robotics & Integration Engineer leading the hardware-software platform for autonomous machinery, owning end-to-end vehicle platform, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering production-ready systems for heavy machinery.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vehicle platform end-to-end: networking, time synchronization, sensor selection and drivers, middleware integration, embedded software, drive-by-wire, and low-level controls actuation
  • Architect and deliver full-system platform capabilities spanning hardware and software, from 0→1 prototypes to production systems
  • Integrate cross-functional work into cohesive, product-ready platforms adapted to customer machines and use cases
  • Interact with customers to identify use cases, define platform requirements, and drive integrations to deployment
  • Lead and coordinate a team of engineers: set technical direction, prioritize across workstreams, manage cross-functional dependencies
  • Design and bring up test rigs and validation infrastructure for end-to-end system testing, hardware-in-the-loop verification, and on-vehicle validation
  • Debug, test, and troubleshoot complex interactions across full stack to ensure reliability in harsh environments

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in robotics, systems integration, or platform software development with tech lead experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Hands-on experience across robotics platform stack: sensors and drivers, networking and time synchronization, middleware (ROS 2, DDS, or equivalent), embedded systems
  • Strong C/C++ development on Linux, including debugging and testing real-time systems
  • Experience with vehicle actuation and low-level controls (drive-by-wire)
