About the role

Andera is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to own the systems our AI agents run on, scaling and stabilizing bur sted audit workloads, with end-to-end ownership from architecture to deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and operating the compute and orchestration layer that runs our agents (Temporal, Docker, AWS Fargate)
  • Scaling data ingestion and processing pipelines that handle ~100GB+ per engagement without stalling
  • Building the observability, alerting, and tracing that make agent failures debuggable in production
  • Owning CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and deploy safety so engineers can ship many times a day
  • Hardening security, isolation, and reliability to the standard our enterprise customers require

Qualifications

  • Strong systems engineering fundamentals — design concurrent, distributed workloads over large datasets with attention to throughput, backpressure, retries, and observability
  • Production infrastructure experience — end-to-end cloud infrastructure provisioning, deploys, monitoring, and on-call pages
  • Pragmatic automation instincts — prefer codifying infrastructure over manual consoles; know when simplicity wins
  • Comfort learning non-engineering domains quickly — absorb audit concepts from domain experts and translate into working systems
  • Experience with or adjacent to stack: TypeScript, Python, Temporal, Docker, Terraform, AWS Fargate
