About the role

Engagement Manager to lead and coordinate delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer, owning or supporting account plans, managing day-to-day execution, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships from the executive to the end user
  • Scope agentic workflow use cases with customers and refine with Scale’s engineering team
  • Lead a cross-functional project team to deliver on AI/ML objectives
  • Proactively identify customer needs and operator pain points to ensure customer success
  • Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of customer accounts

Qualifications

  • An active TS/SCI clearance
  • 5+ years in stakeholder management or customer-facing roles delivering enterprise-scale applications/solutions
  • Track record of structured, analytics-driven problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to be onsite with the customer in Colorado Springs area 4 days per week and travel at least 25% of the time
