About the role
Bot MD is seeking a Solutions & Project Delivery Manager to scale the Bot MD platform across the Asia Pacific region, leading technical requirements and project implementation in Southeast Asia and coordinating with Sales and Operations to ensure smooth delivery of customer initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales across Southeast Asia to present Bot MD’s product platforms and capabilities to hospitals and clinics
- Determine customer requirements and design solutions to achieve their business objectives
- Work with Bot MD’s engineering team to determine the solution architecture and integrations required
- Help to lead and manage customer UAT and project delivery
- Suggest improvements to the Product team to better localize Bot MD products for the SG/MY markets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading major product or project initiatives in the healthcare or tech industry
- Impact focus and a consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business
- Strong focus on timely implementation and managing project risks
- Proven ability to deliver on what you say you will do. You hold your team to this standard, you don’t let details slip
- Technical and business minded. You deeply understand how your products work and how to measure long term impact.
- Good team player, positive attitude, excellent communication skills
- BA/BS preferred, not required
