About the role

Senior leadership role responsible for the analytical backbone of Hims categories (Sexual Health, Testosterone, and Hair), partnering with the GM and Category Directors to shape and prioritize initiatives that drive the P&L, including growth modeling, prioritization, and launch planning across acquisition, product, and treatment development roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Category Strategy & Prioritization: act as strategic thought partner on acquisition, retention, conversion, and new-treatment launches; build prioritization frameworks and stack-ranked roadmaps; test business cases and surface trade-offs; identify cross-care opportunities.
  • Lead in Analytics & Modeling: build forecasts and scenario analyses; create dashboards in Looker and Amplitude; own recurring performance reads across revenue, contribution margin, retention, S2S, and ARPU; partner with analytics team.
  • Champion Experiments & Strategic Projects: develop and deploy experiments with product/analytics; lead high-priority one-off projects; generate hypotheses and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Support Treatment & Program Launches: analyze market potential of new treatments/SKUs/programs; conduct market analysis for men’s health trends; help build the launch playbook including clinical/regulatory and go-to-market milestones.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of business experience; management consulting or strategy experience required
  • Proven experience in strategic analytics and business prioritization
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from complex data
  • Experience synthesizing large data into executive-ready narratives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Proactive and flexible mindset; able to address challenges independently
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
