About the role

Senior Full Stack Engineer role at Nourish, a fast-growing AI-native metabolic health clinic. Join early in the engineering team and own major parts of the codebase, collaborating across product, design, and analytics to ship features and scale the platform for insurance-covered care.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and ship cutting-edge products and features at lightning speed without compromising on quality.
  • Drive continuous improvements in our engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale both our codebase and team productivity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across product, design, engineering, and analytics to solve challenging and impactful problems in a data-driven experimentation culture.
  • Contribute to the estimations, planning and execution of projects, features, and integrations.
  • Maintain and elevate our existing codebase.
  • Write clean, fully-tested, high-performance code that sets the standard for excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years as a Software Engineer with user-facing product experience.
  • 3+ years experience with our tech stack (React, Typescript, Node.js, React Native, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Amplitude) or willingness to cross-train and up-skill.
  • Ability to independently take a project from idea through implementation and ship new things.
  • Strong collaborative mindset with product and design teams.
  • Desire to be deeply involved in product and design, contributing end-to-end from design to deployment.
  • Ability to think from first principles.
