About the role

Experienced NetSuite Consulting Manager focused on Financials, Multi-Entity/OneWorld, and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) to lead complex client engagements, drive financial transformation, and deliver scalable NetSuite ERP solutions for enterprise organizations with multi-entity and global operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end NetSuite Financials implementations for enterprise clients.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to understand business processes and translate requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.
  • Configure and implement NetSuite Financial modules, including: General Ledger (GL), Chart of Accounts Design, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting, Multi-Book Accounting, Multi-Entity/OneWorld, Intercompany Transactions & Eliminations, Currency Management & Consolidation, Financial Close & Period-End Processes, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
  • Lead functional design sessions and recommend best-practice financial processes.
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and guide onshore and offshore consulting teams during implementation and support engagements.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, customizations, and reporting requirements.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, effort estimation, proposal development, and solution architecture.
  • Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in NetSuite Functional Consulting with strong expertise in Financials.
  • Hands-on experience implementing NetSuite Financial Management for enterprise clients.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld (Multi-Entity), Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), General Ledger (GL), Chart of Accounts, Financial Reporting, Multi-Book Accounting, Intercompany Accounting & Eliminations, Multi-Currency & Consolidation, Financial Close Management.
  • Experience leading multiple end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience leading functional consulting teams and managing client engagements.
