About the role

GTM Solution Specialist focused on Omni, CoreWeave’s fully managed CoreWeave region delivered in customer or partner facilities. Drives early adoption, qualification frameworks, deal structures, and input to the Omni roadmap by turning field learnings into product and go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial and technical strategy for net new Omni wins with asset ownership, data sovereignty, regulatory requirements, or in-country delivery as primary buying triggers.
  • Drive and qualify new business opportunities with enterprises, partners, and sovereign AI programs for production-grade AI cloud delivered in customer/partner facilities, across multi-year terms.
  • Build deep expertise in the Omni delivery model (control plane, fleet lifecycle management, managed services, observability, support) versus customer ownership of data center and assets, and align with hardware/operational standards.
  • Translate customer requirements on data residency, sovereign controls, billing separation, and identity federation into product feedback shaping the Omni roadmap.
  • Develop deal structures for asset-lite economics, including services engagements, platform licensing, long-term capacity commitments, and partner resell frameworks.
  • Engage with C-suite and infrastructure/data center leadership to define requirements for running a production-grade AI cloud region in customer facilities.
  • Design the commercial framework for multi-year Omni engagements, including deployment milestones, SLAs, and capacity ramps to de-risk delivery while meeting commitments.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance to evaluate opportunities against Omni’s decision framework to minimize upfront investment and maximize long-term margin.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, data center services, or enterprise tech business development with a track record of closing large, complex deals.
  • 5+ years in hybrid/on-premises or distributed cloud offerings (e.g., AWS Outposts, Azure Local, Google Distributed Cloud, OCI Dedicated Region) in a customer-facing or deal-shaping role.
  • Deep understanding of data center economics (power, land, capex vs opex) and how ownership preferences, tax incentives, and regulation influence infrastructure decisions.
  • Working knowledge of sovereign cloud, data residency, and regulated-industry requirements, plus how engineering controls, legal frameworks, and contracts address them.
  • Proven experience managing full commercial lifecycle of complex technical deals > $10M and multi-year terms, including multi-stakeholder negotiations, due diligence, deployment planning.
  • Technical fluency across managed cloud region components (bare-metal GPU, high-performance networking, storage, Kubernetes, observability, identity).
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with executives, infrastructure leaders, partners across enterprises, service providers, and government-adjacent programs.
