About the role

Role focused on AI-augmented stability analysis and cross-functional collaboration to drive product stability across operating systems. Lead AI-enhanced monitoring, predictive stability insights, and human-AI workflows, coordinating across engineering teams and presenting findings to executives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AI-augmented stability monitoring and predictive analysis across operating systems
  • Drive cross-functional investigations and coordinate resolution of complex stability issues
  • Create executive presentations and stakeholder communications using AI-generated insights
  • Manage multi-team dependencies and timelines for critical stability improvements
  • Prompt engineer ML systems for anomaly detection and regression identification
  • Facilitate alignment and decision-making across Engineering, Product, and Operations teams

Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, stability engineering, or technical program management
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across engineering and product teams
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work with large datasets and identify patterns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
  • Experience with data analysis tools and basic ML/AI prompt engineering
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau for advanced analytics and compelling data presentation
