About the role

Product-minded full-stack engineer responsible for end-to-end development of the Experience Management Platform, including intelligent backend services, polished UIs, and production issue resolution. Focus on AI-powered insights, agentic automation, and scalable data platforms with strong emphasis on architecture, performance, and collaboration with product/design.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build core platform capabilities from high-throughput data pipelines for business automation to AI-powered insights and agentic automation.
  • Own products through the full lifecycle: shipping new features, triaging and resolving critical production issues, ensuring operational health.
  • Provide technical leadership on architecture, engineering standards, and technology choices; partner with product and design to ensure value delivery.
  • Deliver end-to-end product features with a product-owner mindset focused on user/business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years building and scaling production-grade full-stack applications and backend services using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, ReactJS, ExpressJS, and Java
  • Experience with Kafka and Flink for event-driven architectures, real-time stream processing, and distributed systems
  • Experience with micro-services, system design, scalability, fault tolerance, concurrency, and performance optimization
  • Experience building AI-powered products, including LLM integration, agentic workflows, NLP pipelines, and intelligent automation
  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end product features with a product-owner mindset and focus on user/business outcomes
  • Hands-on with cloud-native stack: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
  • Hands-on CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases at scale
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clean, scalable technical designs
  • Strong communicator who collaborates across engineering, product, and stakeholders
  • Passion for quality, attention to detail and internationalization
  • BS in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
