About the role

Full-stack engineer responsible for building next-generation Experience Management Platform, delivering end-to-end product features, intelligent backend services, and polished user experiences. Focuses on AI-powered capabilities, data pipelines, agentic automation, and scalable architecture, while ensuring production health and rapid delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build core platform capabilities including high-throughput data pipelines and AI-powered insights
  • Own products end-to-end from feature shipping to production issue resolution and operational health
  • Provide technical leadership on architecture, engineering standards, and technology choices
  • Collaborate with product and design to ensure user-impactful outcomes
  • Ship new features, triage and resolve critical production issues, ensure scalability and reliability
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into clean, scalable technical designs
  • Communicate effectively across engineering, product, and stakeholders
  • Work with workflow orchestration platforms (e.g., Temporal, Flowable) to implement automations

Qualifications

  • BS in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years building production Java services (Spring Boot, SOA patterns)
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) and building user-facing features
  • Experience building AI-powered capabilities: LLM integration, agentic workflows, NLP pipelines, and intelligent automation
  • Proven track record shipping end-to-end features with a product owner’s mindset
  • Hands-on with cloud-native stack: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
  • Solid CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases at scale
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable designs
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with workflow orchestration platforms (e.g., Temporal, Flowable)
  • Passion for quality, attention to detail and internationalization
