About the role

Technical Expert in Apple Retail with extensive troubleshooting and repair responsibilities for iPhone and other Apple products. Focused on high-quality repairs, customer education, and knowledge sharing with the team, while upholding Apple values of inclusion and diversity.

Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs on iPhone and other Apple products as required
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software
  • Educate customers on repair options and Apple products and services
  • Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs and presenting product/service recommendations
  • Identify recurring repair problems and communicate feedback to Apple
  • Share knowledge with team to support efficient and high-quality repairs
  • Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values in daily activities
  • Be available to work a schedule based on business needs (nights, weekends, holidays) in the retail store
  • Possess visual inspection and fine motor skills to safely perform hardware repairs
  • Have experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience
  • Visual inspection and fine motor skills to safely perform hardware repairs
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment
