About the role

Leader responsible for elevating and scaling Apple's Executive Briefing Center (EBC) program and Enterprise Innovation Lab globally, with direct responsibility for the Americas team. Focus on executive experiences for enterprise customers, lab engagements, and driving measurable business outcomes through innovative programs, partnerships, and a premier expert network.

Responsibilities

  • Architect World-Class Experiences: Guide the strategic direction of Apple's Executive Briefing Center program, manage a team of briefing professionals, ensure programmatic consistency across regions.
  • Lead the Enterprise Innovation Lab: Shape strategy, lead strategy/design/technical specialists in on-device AI innovation, drive adoption of Apple technologies in industry use cases, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive Strategic Partnerships: Advise sales and product marketing, build a pipeline of EBC and Innovation Lab engagements, align programs with customer innovation journeys.
  • Curate the Expert Network: Build and manage cross-functional network of Apple leaders and experts to support lab engagements.
  • Empower Internal Voices: Build and manage a premier discussion leader program, coach teams on briefing preparation and delivery.
  • Innovate & Inspire: Identify content gaps, develop new demos/assets, evolve programs as platform capabilities expand.
  • Elevate Experiences and Places: Collaborate across Apple to evolve EBC and Lab spaces with product evolution.
  • Measure & Optimize: Define success metrics, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement based on program impact.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of relevant experience leading cross-functional programs, client management, or customer engagement in complex environments; 5+ years in direct people management.
  • Proven experience shaping customer or partner engagement through an Executive Briefing Center, Innovation Lab, or similar experiential learning program.
  • Strong consultative skills with ability to lead executive discussions and ideation with executive audiences.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how EBC and Innovation Lab programs influence sales outcomes.
  • Technical fluency with Apple platform technologies and broader Enterprise IT ecosystem.
  • Ability to establish success metrics, analyze data, and communicate ROI with data-driven insights.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across organizational levels; strong executive presence and influencing abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
