About the role

Software engineer role focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable, low-latency distributed systems and platforms handling petabytes of data and millions of transactions per hour. Emphasis on architecture, feature rollout, data services, technology evaluation, and operations of existing platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Architecture, Design and rollout of new features.
  • Design and Development of applications around data services.
  • Evaluating products, emerging technologies and use them into projects.
  • Responsibility includes operation and maintenance of the existing platform.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Java / J2EE Stack.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience building integration platforms.
  • Expertise in developing highly scalable distributed systems.
  • Expertise with relational databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL and SQL language.
  • Expertise with NoSQL databases like Couchbase, Redis, MongoDB, etc.
  • Knowledge of Unix / Linux.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and judgment.
  • Good leadership and project management skills.
  • Good oral/written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
