About the role

Deployment Strategists turn cutting-edge robotics into operational value for hyperscalers and Fortune 500 enterprises by designing and executing automation roadmaps, deploying and scaling general-purpose robots in live production environments.

Responsibilities

  • Run deployments end-to-end: define work scope, manage deployment environment and drive robot performance.
  • Be the key bridge: go onsite and meet with customers to locate their biggest problems and understand the critical questions they need to answer. Align C-suite executives at the biggest companies on Earth.
  • Collaborate with engineers: build deployment-specific products with engineers to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 yrs experience as a customer-first operator with deployments or integration of critical technology for large customers
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build trust with technical and non-technical partners
  • Comfort navigating competing priorities with strong intuition for strategic and product decisions
  • Hardware, manufacturing or data center experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
