About the role

Koah is building an AI-native ad network. The Business Development Representative, Publisher Growth opens conversations with AI apps to join the Koah network, acting as the first touch for founders and product leaders to explore monetization opportunities. Hybrid, NYC-based, fully in-person role focused on outbound and publisher growth.

Responsibilities

  • Run high-volume, personalized outbound across email, LinkedIn, and phone, adapting approach based on responses
  • Break into fast-growing AI products, developer platforms, and digital publishers
  • Deeply research target accounts to understand Koah’s fit and identify the decision-makers (founders, growth leads, monetization owners)
  • Write outreach with specific insights (not templates) to earn meetings
  • Book high-quality meetings and provide clean handoffs to Publisher Growth leads
  • Continuously test targeting, messaging, and sequencing, and feed learnings back to marketing and product

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years as an SDR, BDR, or similar customer-facing role
  • Experience running multi-channel, high-volume outbound
  • Strong short-form writing for cold outreach
  • Relentlessly organized with ability to manage dozens of conversations
  • Curious and coachable, quick to learn technical products in an early-stage environment
  • Clear communicator who can earn attention and credibility with founders and senior operators
