About the role

Product Designer to blend tools and HMI design for fleet management, mission control, OTA update flows, vehicle management software, and internal vehicle OS tooling; role focuses on shaping design direction for a strategically important new project.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design across fleet management, mission control systems, OTA update flows, vehicle management software, and our internal "workbench" vehicle OS tooling.
  • Move fluidly between defense and commercial/trucking use cases, treating them as related design problems.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to create and validate design solutions across tools and vehicle interfaces.
  • Work quickly to ship new features in fast release cycles.
  • Take on significant ownership and autonomy — this role is designed as an accelerator for someone ready to lead.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in product, tools, or interaction design, spanning enterprise, commercial, or consumer-facing products.
  • Bachelor's degree in design or relevant field
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset — comfort taking ownership of ambiguous problems with minimal oversight.
