About the role

Experienced commercial drivers needed to join Kodiak AI's Midland/Odessa operations to deploy autonomous driving technology and support driverless operations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive in Midland/Odessa operations to deploy autonomous technology
  • Follow company safety protocols and schedules
  • Operate Class A vehicles in local driving assignments
  • Support integration and real-world testing of autonomous systems
  • Participate in background checks, drug testing, and DOT physicals as required

Qualifications

  • Class A CDL License with clean driving record
  • A min. of 3+ years of verifiable current Class A experience
  • Must have (or be willing to get) doubles and triples endorsements
  • Ability to pass a background check and practical road test
  • Pass drug test, MVR and have a current DOT physical
  • Light computer skills; training provided
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Safety minded
  • Willing and able to work flexible shifts & schedules including nights
  • Requires frequent sitting and driving
