About the role
Hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership role to design and scale Adentris' AI-powered automated RCM services for BH/SUD providers, translating billing expertise into product specifications and operational playbooks, delivering for initial customers, and building the team.
Responsibilities
- The operating model and roadmap for Adentris's automated RCM services offering
- Turning real billing operations into process maps, workflows, and product specifications engineering can build against
- End-to-end service delivery in BH/SUD: SOPs, quality controls, staffing models, and dashboards on clean-claim rates, denial rates, and days in A/R
- Credentialing for Adentris clients, including Medicaid and Medicare
- Recruiting and leading the billing operations, implementation, and account management team
- Serving as the subject-matter expert in executive-level sales conversations, and generating business through your own network
- M&A alongside the founders: sourcing targets in the SUD billing market, operational due diligence, post-acquisition integration
- First 90 days milestones: map revenue cycle, own service delivery for at least one account, stand up baseline metrics; hand over specifications to engineering; onboard a customer by day 90
Qualifications
- 5+ years in the BH/SUD industry, ideally in founder, CEO, or senior operating roles
- Deep command of the SUD revenue cycle: benefits verification, authorizations, coding, claim submission, denials, appeals, collections, payer follow-up
- Built, run, or materially improved an RCM operation with documentation in process maps and business requirements
- Hired and led high-performing billing teams
- Executive-level credibility with BH/SUD treatment organization leaders
- M&A, operational due diligence, or integration experience preferred
