About the role

Lead the insider threat monitoring program for CBP, building and running the monitoring, analysis, and escalation processes to detect insider risk while balancing privacy and proportionality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the insider threat monitoring function and coordinate with SOC Manager, HR, security partners, and incident response/digital forensics leads.

Qualifications

  • Active CISSP
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, STEM, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading the cyber component of an insider threat program
