About the role

Enterprise Asset Manager for CBP overseeing asset lifecycle tracking across a large federal program, with emphasis on data quality, change management, and cross-team collaboration to ensure assets are accurately recorded from acquisition through retirement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run the program's approach to tracking assets across their lifecycle, from acquisition through retirement, and collaborate with network, cloud, mobility, and security teams to ensure data accuracy.
  • Drive change management to ensure system-of-record usage by stakeholders and reduce workarounds.
  • Ensure asset inventory is trusted and utilized during deployments, refreshes, audits, and security/compliance reviews.
  • Turn asset data into actionable decisions for refresh planning, security/compliance reviews, budget, and lifecycle forecasting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive professional experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) roles.
  • 3-5 years in a lead or managerial capacity overseeing asset management programs within a large, complex enterprise environment.
  • Minimum certifications: CITAM, CSAM, ITIL Foundation or higher (e.g., ITIL v4 MP), CISSP, or CISM.
