About the role

Senior leadership role leading data center programs within Accenture Construct, accountable for originations, delivery and commercial success of large-scale capital programs in data centers and related critical infrastructure. Combines strategic direction, client relationship development, and hands-on program management to scale regional data center capabilities globally.

Responsibilities

  • Open doors from day one by leveraging relationships with data centre owners, operators, developers and partner ecosystem to build a qualified pipeline within the region/market in the first two quarters.
  • Originate and close work personally — identify client needs on capital programs, lead pursuits end to end, and sign multi-year advisory and programme management engagements.
  • Shape solution and commercial model, designing approach, team structure and pricing that are commercially viable for both sides.
  • Build and lead delivery capability by attracting senior practitioners and standing up local delivery teams with global support.
  • Own delivery of what you sell, remaining accountable for client outcomes, quality and commercial performance until scale is achieved.
  • Develop a named client portfolio and repeatable proposition within 12 months, establishing the region/market as a scaled part of the global data center business.
  • Flexible work location with a mix of remote, onsite at client sites, or in an Accenture office/center.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience on large-scale capital projects in data center or mission-critical sector (advisory, cost and commercial management, project or programme management).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience originating and selling professional services or consulting work with a demonstrable record of personally won revenue.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience accountable for delivery of capital programme engagements, including client outcomes and commercial performance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working directly with data center owners, operators or developers in the region/market.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience building and leading teams, including hiring senior practitioners.
