About the role

Senior AI Engineer role at CI&T focused on embedding AI across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with end-to-end AI projects, automation, and multi‑stack adaptability. Emphasis on AI-driven automation, data/process quality, security in production, and flexible collaboration on short-term projects.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the SDLC with a focus on artificial intelligence, implementing automations with agents that perform multi-step tasks.
  • Structure detailed specifications to feed AI models, ensuring data and process quality is maintained.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure security of operations in production.
  • Develop new AI projects end-to-end, adapting to different technology stacks as needed.
  • Collaborate on short-term projects requiring flexibility and adaptation to new technologies.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Harness Engineering
  • MCP (Model Control Protocol)
  • AI development and implementation skills
  • AIDLC (Artificial Intelligence Development Life Cycle)
  • SDD (Software Design Document)
  • Tokens management in AI
  • Prompt Engineering (effective prompts for interacting with AI models)
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Knowledge of AI models and applications
  • Contextual AI understanding and ability to apply contextual knowledge to AI applications
  • Proven ability to navigate diverse technologies fluidly and adapt to project needs
  • Innovative and proactive mindset with willingness to explore new AI solutions and approaches.
