About the role

Senior Product Marketing Manager responsible for the AI Training Infrastructure narrative, messaging, proof points, and go-to-market strategy for CoreWeave’s training stack (SUNK, SUNK Anywhere, CoreWeave Kubernetes Service) and related ecosystem. Build connective narrative across training stack and ML ecosystem, translate capabilities into market-facing messaging, and enable sales and field teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the AI Training Infrastructure narrative for CoreWeave, linking CoreWeave Kubernetes Service, SUNK, and SUNK Anywhere into a coherent market story.
  • Shape competitive positioning and persona-specific messaging for training-focused sales situations.
  • Own the customer evidence strategy for AI Training Infrastructure and surface deployment insights to make assets more credible.
  • Define go-to-market and enablement framework for Sales and Solutions Architects, coordinating with DevRel and ML teams on benchmarking and performance validation.
  • Partner with technical and applied ML teams to ensure messaging reflects benchmarking results and performance signals.
  • Translate capabilities across the stack (topology-aware scheduling, bare-metal performance, Kubernetes-native lifecycle management, automated cluster health) into messaging for AI research leaders and practitioners.
  • Measure impact with metrics such as deal velocity, contract value, competitive win rates, platform adoption, and retention; adjust messaging based on data.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, or GTM for cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or developer tooling.
  • Working fluency with Kubernetes and understanding of how teams use clusters.
  • Direct experience with or proximity to AI researchers and understanding of AI model development lifecycle from pre-training through fine-tuning, RL, and optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positioning and messaging for complex technical products that drive adoption or competitive win rates.
