About the role

Support, implement, and optimize data-oriented solutions for clients, combining live support with data transformation, implementation work, and collaboration with Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Resolving support queries by email, often moving to a live Teams call, usually with senior people under time pressure
  • Troubleshooting across the whole stack: browser, network, SSO and Azure, data formats, and our app
  • Running data implementations: transform and merge client data (spreadsheets, PowerPoint, PDFs) into a master data set in Jigsaw and create views to answer real questions
  • Using AI tools daily to transform data, investigate issues and build small time-saving tools
  • Training users, guiding clients through implementations and, as you grow, joining technical presale calls
  • Advising Product and Engineering on client issues, and prototyping solutions with AI tools to demonstrate feasibility

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a technical, client facing role ideally working with a Product for a SaaS company
  • Phenomenal communication skills: clear, concise, empathetic
  • Strong problem-solving ability and aptitude for diagnosing root causes
  • Technical aptitude with experience in Excel and data; SQL, Python and scripting are nice to have
  • Organised and methodical, able to stay calm under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Relentless service mindset and willingness to help users, clients, and colleagues
  • Growth mindset and desire to contribute to scaling the company from within
