About the role
Growth Intern role at Deep24, an autonomous company studio, responsible for building and operating the growth layer across multiple autonomous businesses. Focuses on social media, paid acquisition, creative systems, and automation to enable small teams to operate like larger ones.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and Reddit, choosing the right channels for each product.
- Help operate paid ad accounts across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, and other networks, with clear budgets, approval gates, and measurement.
- Build AI-assisted workflows that turn product updates, customer insights, and raw footage into scripts, posts, videos, ads, and landing-page ideas.
- Create a repeatable content engine: calendars, templates, prompt libraries, scheduling, repurposing, approvals, analytics, and feedback loops.
- Launch rapid experiments across hooks, formats, audiences, creatives, and offers—then use data to decide what scales.
- Track the numbers that matter: reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, CAC, retention, and revenue.
- Work directly with the founder and product agents to shape launches and the voice of each business.
Qualifications
- High-agency and internet-native.
- Excited by AI tools and automation.
- Strong writer with visual taste who can ship without waiting for a perfect brief.
- Comfortable combining creative instincts with spreadsheets, dashboards, and experiments.
- Responsible with brand accounts, customer data, advertising policies, budgets, and security.
- Student, recent graduate, self-taught operator, or unconventional candidate—we care about initiative over pedigree.
