About the role

Leadership role overseeing a team of product engineers focused on AMD Server products, delivering optimized test points and product definitions across PVT corners, and driving post-silicon issue resolution, yield, and quality improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Developing characterization and test coverage strategies
  • Establishing pre-silicon pattern requirements and driving Design Verification deliveries
  • Executing the defined characterization and test plans on new silicon
  • Driving yield and quality improvements across wafer sort, final test, and SLT (system level test)
  • Driving product performance optimization, working across multiple domains including Product Engineering, Fab, Platform Validation and SW Engineering
  • Responsible for ensuring the defined product meets customer (quality) & company (yield, test time, schedule) requirements

Qualifications

  • B.S./M.S. in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field/experience
