About the role

Senior Engineering Program Manager to drive cross-functional programs for Apple Cloud Infrastructure, focusing on availability, scalability, and security of services used by millions of customers. Partner with engineering leads to translate platform strategy into actionable roadmaps, manage interdependencies across compute, storage, observability, traffic, data platform, data services, and developer experience, and establish rigorous program frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional programs that span cloud infrastructure products within Compute, Storage, Observability, Traffic, Data Platform, Data Servies, and Developer Experience.
  • Partner with engineering leads to translate platform strategy into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones, owners, and success criteria.
  • Identify technical and organizational risks early; facilitate alignment and unblock teams through proactive problem-solving.
  • Establish program frameworks that bring visibility to cross-team dependencies, progress, and tradeoffs for leadership decision-making.
  • Drive operational rigor across the program lifecycle, from requirements gathering through launch readiness and post-launch iteration.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years in technical program management, with significant experience in infrastructure or platform development
  • Deep understanding of and experience in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and software development lifecycles
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or related experience
