About the role

Role within the Apple Store Online RAD team responsible for developing end-to-end solutions to streamline internal ASO teams, maintain AliCloud infrastructure, and drive high-quality code and automation for the Apple Store Online experience.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and owning all aspects of front-end including UI/UX, back-end, database of applications
  • Oversee and maintain cloud hosting infrastructure like AliCloud
  • Formulate testing strategy and high-impact unit and E2E tests to streamline future updates and ensure reliability
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule in production support scenarios and to collaborate with team members and stakeholders in the AMR region
  • Ensure infrastructure and applications meet strict data and privacy legal requirements
  • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and technical feasibility of new solutions
  • Create agentic workflows that accelerate development and continuously improve quality code and infrastructure
  • Implement enhancements in production applications to meet evolving business requirements

Qualifications

  • 7 + years of experience and high degree of proficiency developing software using following technologies: Angular or React, NestJS or similar back-end framework, Node.js, SQL
  • Administration of infrastructure using cloud technologies such as AliCloud, container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes, and CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and experience applying these in both new development settings as well as under high-impact production support conditions
  • 1-2 years of experience with Generative AI
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs
  • BA/BS degree or 8+ years professional experience in a directly relatable role
  • 8 or more years of experience and high degree of proficiency
  • Strong UI/UX design skills
  • Proficient at distilling stakeholder feedback and challenges into actionable requirements
  • Proficient at updating frameworks, npm packages ensuring reliability and security
  • 2 or more years of experience and proficiency with multiple Generative AI, with experience embedding Generative AI skills and agents directly in pipelines for automatic PR creation and human-in-the-loop development flows
