About the role

Role focused on translating Sarvam’s brand system into diverse visual artifacts across web, print, motion, and product surfaces, using AI tools as a core part of the workflow to push the brand beyond templates while maintaining recognizability at population scale.

Responsibilities

  • Translate the system into everything it touches. Web sections, launch banners, social, product marketing, event and print collateral, so that someone who encounters one Sarvam surface immediately recognises the next.
  • Design to context, not to template. A model-launch banner, a developer docs header and an enterprise one-pager are three different arguments. Read the brief and build the visual that carries it.
  • Push the brand into new threads. Create spin-off expressions from the root that stay unmistakably Sarvam while earning their own character.
  • Use AI as a first-class part of your craft. Generation, iteration, variation, retouch, cleanup. Integrate automated systems into daily workflow.
  • Put things into motion. Create short loops, animated logo behaviour, launch films, motion for the web to enable delivery.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years designing communication assets — in-house or at a studio — with a portfolio showing range across real surfaces.
  • Strong fundamentals in type, hierarchy, grid, space, color.
  • Proficiency in Figma with components, variables, auto-layout, and collaborative libraries.
  • Working depth in Photoshop and Illustrator; After Effects for motion workflows.
  • Native fluency with AI design tools and clear viewpoint on their professional use.
  • Ability to extend a brand system beyond strict guidelines.
  • Genuine interest in the Indian design ecosystem and its representation.
