About the role
Head of Recruiting to scale a high-paced AI research organization, owning the recruiting strategy, building a sourcing engine, and leading a recruiting team to match the company’s rapid pace while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Own Goodfire’s hiring strategy and execution across all functions
- Build a sourcing engine that maps and reaches the strongest researchers and engineers in the world before they're on the market
- Own the interview process end to end
- Define and defend the hiring bar in partnership with founders and technical leaders
- Own recruiting data and forecasting: pipeline health, conversion, time-to-close, and the headcount plan behind them
- Own candidate experience and how Goodfire shows up to the market, from first outreach to signed offer
- Hire and lead a recruiting team that matches the pace of the company, while staying deeply hands-on in the funnel
