About the role

Legal Partnerships Manager responsible for managing relationships with law firms, investment banks, compliance consultants, and other business partnerships globally. Owns the full partnership lifecycle from opportunity identification and deal structuring to ongoing relationship management to drive distribution of Carta Law’s services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with law firms, investment banks, compliance consultants and other business partnerships globally.
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle: identify high-value opportunities, negotiate agreements, and manage ongoing relationships to generate measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify, structure and grow partnerships that drive distribution of Carta Law's services; convert potential partners into active referral partners and collaborators.
  • Collaborate with legal delivery, sales, marketing, and operations to maximize client value and support growth of Carta Law.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in partnerships or account management
