About the role

Short-term contractor role in Vietnam supporting artist & label partnerships, on-platform and off-platform artist marketing, with localization of content strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain positive partnerships across artist and label communities within Vietnam.
  • Support our key partners in Vietnam on Spotify tools, resources and insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support artists and labels on priority releases in Vietnam
  • Collaborate with the regional Music team to ensure content strategies are localized and successfully executed.
  • Ensure Spotify has the best possible content offering in Vietnam and use this to further Spotify’s appeal to existing and new users.

Qualifications

  • At least 3+ years of working experience in the music/entertainment industry (regional/global experience a plus).
  • Extremely well organized, able to plan, deliver on tight deadlines and pay attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding and established network within the local music industry in Vietnam with contacts to labels and artists.
  • Strong background in music and technology with a track record in operations.
  • Strong grasp of content knowledge, music and cultural trends, artists, user engagement and behaviors.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within Vietnam and ideally across multiple markets within regional and global teams.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
  • Positive, adaptable teammate with a proactive attitude.
