About the role

Lead Trader Relations to drive trader acquisition, engagement, and relationships across N1 by working with active/high-volume traders, market makers, institutional partners, and large trading groups to grow adoption of N1’s trading ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Drive trader acquisition, engagement, and relationships across N1
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-volume traders, market makers, institutions, and large trading groups
  • Collaborate with traders and partnerships teams to grow adoption of N1’s trading ecosystem
  • Leverage crypto-native background and CT familiarity to engage the trading community
  • Represent N1 in trader communities and events to strengthen ecosystem presence

Qualifications

  • Active crypto trader with strong knowledge of markets and trader behavior
  • Experience in crypto, trading, BD, growth, or community
  • Deep familiarity with CT and crypto trading communities
  • Experience building relationships with high-volume traders
  • Ability to develop relationships with market makers, institutions, and larger trading groups
  • Strong networking, communication, and relationship-management skills
