Staff Product Manager
About the role
Staff Product Manager to own and scale Nova Credit’s Property Management vertical, guiding strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery across multiple products in a B2B2C context within a regulated data-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Property Management vertical.
- Define and ship end-to-end initiatives across Income Navigator, Eligibility Compass, Credit Passport, and Cash Atlas.
- Partner with property management and screening platforms (e.g., Yardi, Appfolio, SafeRent) and collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, GTM.
- Translate market needs from market-rate and affordable housing segments into product requirements and prioritization.
- Deliver key features from the roadmap and iterate based on metrics and feedback.
- Set quarterly product goals and refresh product strategy to align with long-term vision.
- Engage directly with customers (property managers, affordable-housing operators) to synthesize insights with data.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product management (B2B or B2B2C).
- PropTech / property management background strongly preferred.
- Comfort with regulated spaces (FCRA / CRA obligations, affordable-housing program requirements).
- Data fluency (SQL, Mixpanel dashboards).
- Customer-obsessed mindset with ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Bias toward action with end-to-end ownership of initiatives.
