Internship role at Aviator, a Google-level engineering productivity suite, focusing on building engineering tools powered by AI to help engineers work faster and more effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the users to understand their development needs and use cases to guide our roadmap. Ensure customer needs are supported by broader engineering team through effective prioritization.
  • Build prototypes all the way to final products. Solve complex issues for our users.
  • Collaborate with our team to gather requirements through detailed technical discussions and brainstorming sessions.
  • Explore new product development areas driven by strategic understanding of users landscape.
  • Take ownership and drive initiatives for segments within the product.

Qualifications

  • Owned previous projects - whether it was in your previous internship or projects outside of work.
  • The ability to work in a low-structure environment and is comfortable working with unknowns.
  • Passion for building engineering tools, excited about solving problems for engineers.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong debugging and critical thinking skills.
  • Previous internship experience.
  • Previous experience working with or building internal engineering tools is a plus.
  • Pursuing BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
